OMG Pie starts with an Oatmeal Cookie Crust base made from a blend of oatmeal cookies and butterscotch. Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. For the caramel layer, we use the Dulce de leche technique by bringing fresh milk and butter to caramelized over low heat for several hours until the aroma and intensity are obtained.
